Carson is now 7 months old. I can't believe how FAST time is flying by :( At the rate I'm going my next post will be his 1st birthday! lol.

CARSON...

~LOVES to EAT. He will eat anything you put close to his mouth.

~zooms all over in his walker. He has fun chases the dogs around Jeff's parent's house!

~has the best LaUgH! It's the best when Dad tickles him, he gets to the point of laughing so hard his face turns red and he can't breathe.

~rolls all over now.

~will be crawling by this weekend (at least that's my guess). And He will be fast. He already is on all fours and can shuffle forward a few inches before falling. He is struggling to move his arms and the same time as his legs.... but don't worry, he is CLOSE to figuring it all out.

~walks if you hold his hands. Sometimes he his pretty speedy.

~makes LOTS of noise.

~does a lot of spitting with his lips/tongue

~really liked his first taste of chocolate. Dad thought he earned a special treat a few Sundays back. He gave him a giant hershey bar to try and he LOVED it. He was a little unsure at first but soon had a death grip and wouldn't let go. He sat in his highchair for 45minutes just laughing, talking and spitting... it was quite comical. Sugar high maybe? ;) (don't worry, he didn't eat very much of it) *pictures soon*

~is starting to get excited to see me when I get home from work :) *smile*

We love this little guy so much! He has brought a lot of joy and happiness... along with many sleepless nights of course... but they are worth it!

I promise pictures are coming! Our office is under reconstruction at the moment so our house is a little chaotic. I will update on our lives soon too. *PROMISE*

I know I know - SHOCKER! I have won the worst blogger of the year award! :(

Here are some pictures of Carson. The young looking ones are when he was 1 week old. He is now 6 months and SOOOO much fun! He is rolling, sitting, has eaten cereal, green beans, carrots, and peas, He is also trying REALLY hard to walk. He loves his walker which allows him to zoom all over the kitchen. He can now move the trash cans around and he tends to empty the boxes of the recycle... It's a good thing his is cute while he does it :) We love him!!

Since we have a new addition this year I can't wait to send out Holiday cards of our family! I have been trying to get family pictures done for a while. Jeff’s Dad has an awesome camera so we have been asking him to take them. Just seems like every time we plan on it something comes up. We finally had some taken last Sunday so I am hoping we got some cute ones. I have been looking everywhere for cute picture cards. Finally I found these Christmas Cards. They are SOOOOO cute! I can’t wait to order my cards. The only problem I am going to have is decided on which ONE design to get. They have over 800! How do they expect me to pick just ONE??

I know I know, I just can't get into a habit about this blogging thing! I have become a really good blog stalker, but I just can't seem to become a good blogger :(

I have been meaning to post for a while but I couldn't find the camera! So, instead of waiting any longer, I will post without pictures. Sad, I know.

Well I am currently 39 weeks along in the pregnancy! Monday is the due date, but at the rate we are going, I'm sure it will come and go :( I have been spending my last 3 weekends, walking (while shopping of course) and walking and swimming - but as of my appointment last Friday I was still only dilated to 1cm. I'm having lots of braxton hicks contractions but nothing that is painful so I will be curious to see if anything has changed at my appointment coming up this week. My doctor said he won't let me go passed 41 weeks but I will probably try and get him to schedule an induction for the middle of next week. As much as I want to go into labor naturally ... this baby is getting too big too fast haha!

So far I'm still feeling pretty good. Other than the aches and pains and lack of sleep. But I suppose that is to be expected at this point. Friday will be my official last day at work. :) Yippee! That will probably make this baby coming more of a reality!

On another note, we are official homeowners :) We officially closed on April 30th! With the help of Jeff's parents and Brittany & William, we installed fans, blinds and scrubbed baseboards, bathrooms and the kitchen. It was a long night.

The following day (Saturday May 1st) we moved all of our stuff to the garage and unpacked the kitchen. Jeff cleaned the carpets around noon so that put everything on hold until Monday. That was also a long day. It probably didn't help that I was 8 months pregnant. I definitely don't recommend moving that late in the pregnancy. I felt useless for the most part and it's taken a long time to get a handle on everything. I'm just exhausted these days - although, working full time probably doesn't help.

On Monday Jeff and his mom and cousins moved furniture into the house. I believe our first official night there was Tuesday :) It's been wonderful having our own place again! Although it was really weird not seeing my parents everyday and not having people to talk to.

Being homeowners definitely comes with it own set of responsibilities - and bills *sigh* - but we love it :) It's been fun to set up the nursery! The baby's room has more furniture than any other room haha. His rooms looks so nice and cozy. I can't wait to rock our little guy to sleep.

Ahhh, I feel better now :) At least I can say my blog is caught up! I promise to not wait so long to post again. You will definitely receive pictures of the little guy shortly after he is born and eventually the latest belly picture and some of the house!

72 Hour Kits (or more like 500 hour kits)

These are the "72 hr" kits my husband has graciously put together for us over the past year. These have got to be the most high tech/detailed emergency kits on the planet...too bad mine weighs more than I do! He wont tell me how much they costed, but I'm pretty sure I could have gotten a decent car for the same price! I have been assured we could easily live for a month on these packs and the only thing we would be missing is the kitchen sink. If you want to know about emergency preparedness hes the guy to talk to! (I would post a list of what is in them but my fingers will fall off before I finish typing.)

These pictures are obviously "pre-pregnancy" - I'm currently 30 weeks and we are having a boy :) But I will post more on that later!

The first couple months were a KILLER! I was extremely uncomfortable all the time. Food never sounded good. I was sick almost everyday at least once. However, I shouldn't complain. I have heard much worse than what I had to put up with and lucky for me it only lasted the first 14 weeks. Since then, I have been a much happier person to live with :)

We have our ultrasound in a week on February 5th. I am getting VERY anxious to find out if we are having a boy or girl. It will makes things so much more real when we see the baby moving around in there!

We can't wait :) and I promise to be better at keeping you posted!

Sitting, Waiting, Wishing...

We have put in our very first offer...for a house, of course. We are SO excited and SO nervous all at the same time. We are suppose to hear from the bank by next Friday. So until then... we wait.

It will be so exciting to have a place to call home. Not that my Parents' isn't home or Jeff's Parents' isn't home. but this will be OUR HOME.

It's hard not to get our hopes up for this house. It by no means is our "dream" house, but would be a WONDERFUL starter home and a GREAT investment for us!

I LOVE my sweet husband! He is without a doubt my best friend. I don't know where I would be without him. I love the way he makes me laugh. He is so funny. I love how random he is at times :) I absolutely can't wait to come home to this everyday .....

This is my nephew William :) If you can't tell by his face, he LOVES Jeff. William starts laughing (really laughing) everytime he looks at Jeff. I can't wait to have children. Jeff will make such a great Dad! I can't wait to see what our children look like. I absolutely love to watch Jeff play with his nephews and imagine the day he will be playing with our own children. :)

This past Sunday the 19th was our 1st Anniversary! We had a lot of fun celebrating and we able to space out of the passed two weeks.

We decided to rent Jet Skis and stay at Cibola Vista Resort one night. We planned on doing this the 18th but it turned out I had off work the 9th & 10th so we decided to do it on Thursday the 9th so it would cost less.

Well, we had it all planned and reserved but then heard it was supposed to be windy and a couple storms were heading in around that time. We quickly pushed back the Jet Ski rental until the 18th and decided we would just stay at the Resort and enjoy the time off of work.

On Thursday the 9th we slept in, went to Village Inn for breakfast and decided to heck with the weather, let's go to the lake! We took our puppy, Charly, to see if she would swim. Unfortunately the camera died so we didn't take many pictures.

We then headed over to check in to Cibola for the night. While we were lounging around we decided that pizza & games/swimming sounded fun. So, we decided to heck with our alone time and we invited our good friends Curt & Katie over. They brought pizza and we provided swimming (ok the resort did)! We had a blast as we always do!

During our swimming adventures, we started chatting about Six Flags. Jeff's parents bought 4 season passes earlier this year and we thought they should be put to good use. And so the planning began...

We left Friday the 10th at 7:45pm. We arrived at the hotel in California at 1:45am Saturday morning. We no sooner fell asleep and woke up again, at least that's what it felt like! We ate breakfast and then went on our way to Magic Mountain :)

I am so grateful for Jeff in my life and for the passed year. We have been able to do so many fun things. We have grown a lot together in the passed year. We grow more and more in love with eachother everyday! I can't wait too see what the next year has in store for us.

P.S. We still rented Jet Skis this passed Saturday. It was a blast! I will post some pictures of that adventure soon!

Looking back on 2008...

Let me start (again) by letting everyone know I started this in JANUARY!!! I have keep meaning to sit and edit it and add pictures and I just haven't had time or been on the computer with pictures. I decided today while I was sitting at work that I was going to post it anyways. I need to start blogging about new things and I can't bring myself to do it until this is posted. So, finished or not, here it is....

**I was sitting here, on the floor, thinking of all the things that happened in 2008 and then realized, once again, that I am the worst blogger ever. On that note, I decided I should add a little something of all the fun things we did over the year. Afterall, it has been a VERY eventful year for our family.

Anthony and Brittany were married in March.

Jeff and I were married in April.

My parents were suddenly "Empty Nesters"

We found out Brittney and Wil were having a baby (due March 1st 2009)

Took a trip with my parents to Shumway (snowflake/taylor area) to see my Grandma and Grandpa Flynn and to take Jeff to the Rodeo we go to every year.

At the rodeo, they tied money to a calf, had all the kids go down and they chased it around trying to get the money. It was HILARIOUS!

Went 4-wheeling to Crown King for Jeff's 22nd birthday! (Happy Birthday, by the way, I meant to get on here and give you a shout out, but as you can tell, I'm not the best blogger! I guess you will have to wait til next year and see if you get yourself a blogpost of fame :D I love you!!!)

THANKSGIVING

Charly is just like Jeff's previous dog and is SO dang cute! Or so we thought! Don't get me wrong, this puppy is VERY cute, but she is also a monster! Hidden deep under those sad puppy dog eyes, there is a menice that eats EVERYTHING! Luckily for us, (and unfortunately for them) Charly stays at Jeff's parents. It is not a normal day unless their backyard is covered in shredded items from their closets.

HOLIDAYS!

First off, I know, I am the WORST blogger in the world. The sad part is, I think I get on my blog EVERDAY! I just don't ever post anything. I think its so much better to post with a picture and I am very rarely on the computer with all my pictures. SO, today I give up and you get I will post without a picture.

I absolutely love the holidays. If you ask me while I during any given day leading up to the holidays I would probably tell you I hate them. But, I really do love them! I just don't always like the running around and crazy crowds that come with them.

The last couple days has been a lot of fun. I have had the last couple days off of work and being able to spend all day with Jeff has been so fun! I love that we can go and do what we want when we want and we aren't tied down with anything else right now. I am so thankful for both of our families and all that they do for us. We are so blessed to have them in our lives. I am so thankful for Jeff and all that he does for me. I am so grateful that we were able to be sealed in the temple and become an eternal family. He is truly my best friend and I love him so much!

I promise I will try really hard to post some pictures soon and I will try to become a better blogger!

6 Months -- Can you believe it???

So, Sunday was our 6 month anniversary. Jeff and I dated for 5 years and NEVER celebrated an anniversary. However, now that we are married, we thought it would be a good time to start. We decided we were going to go to the zoo on Saturday. I have been trying to get Jeff to take me for years. He finally agreed to go with me when I found a 2 for 1 coupon. This is how my day started out...

Blueberry pancakes, bacon and eggs. I was so tired I didn't even hear him out there banging around the dishes. Which is surprising. It was so nice and thoughtful I loved it! Thanks babe, your the best! Breakfast was delicious!

We took our time getting ready and then headed to the zoo. We have a bunch of pictures but I haven't downloaded them yet. After the zoo, we went and bought the jeep which I posted about just before this. It was such a fun day. I loved just being with Jeff all day and being able to spend time with him doing something other than going to and from work.

Thanks for an amazing first 6 months babe! I can't believe how fast it went and cant wait to see what the future holds for us. You are the best! I love you!

New Toy!

This is our new toy! It's a 1994 Jeep Cherokee. It will soon be turned into a mean off roading machine. Jeff and his brother have recently become very interested in off roading. It all started with us buying a bronco (which we sold last week, THANKFULLY!), it was fun but pretty old and junky. The jeep however is really nice and really fun. It has been fun to go romping through the deserts. Jeff's brother Steven drives a rodeo and we drive the jeep, both have CB Radios so we can talk to eachother. It's a lot of fun :)

Ok, So i guess it is time to post some wedding pictures! I must say I LOVE our pictures. We made everyone walk around with us for hours because I want a variety but in the end it was worth it! I loved every minuted of our wedding day. The most amazing feeling stayed with me the day we were sealed. It was like being in a fairytale! We had so much fun, and we were SO tired that night. My only wish was that it was longer and that the feeling I felt stayed with me longer! Don't get me wrong, I am loving every minute of being married, but there is something spectacular about that day. It was a perfect day. Here are some pictures... Enjoy :-)

Hahaha, Ok, I lied. I dont have any wedding pictures on this computer except the announcement. I thought I did. However, I do not! I will get back to those another time I guess. SORRY!

Just to finish this post up, we are absolutely LOVING married life. I feel so blessed to have Jeff in my life. He is so wonderful and we really have a lot of fun together. It's just the two of us, and some fish, and that is perfect for now :-)
